It has been hot weather for days now, it keeps on getting hotter and hotter. Feel the pressure again, major part of it was from teaching, i do feel sometimes (many times) i want to quit, but.......
Last night class was sooo makan gaji buta, i did teach but for like 10 minutes or so.. My student was tired from school, and i was still tired from everything else. I was like IM-ing with my friends and chit-chatting with my students. But at the end of the class, this teacher told me something.....
This teacher, lets call her Miss Jones, told me that teaching there at the tuition school was a lot of pressure, she was really worried about the school not registered under MOE and it has been operating unlicensed and unregistered for 3 years now, she did mentioned to the boss; Stelor. But she looked like she didn't even care about it, not even bother, Miss Jones kept on asking since February and still the answer was "It is still in progress".
Then Miss Jones told me that she has been working 2 teaching jobs for tuition, apart from the Hell School, she's been working in another one, which was really near to the Qlap branch. The tuition school offers a 50-50 cut between the teacher and the company, and don't have a 5% keepsake and she has 18 students just for April. It also don't have a 3 years contract. Everything there was provided free for teachers especially photocopying purpose, FREE! unlike in Hell School we have to pay $12 something2 for a bundle of paper and the toner. Afher that we can use the copier machine.HELL OOOO
So what can we conclude here my children? It means that Miss Jones would probably be leaving the Hell School very soon, and yet another heart attack moment for Stelor. This could be a new record for Stelor, 4 teachers in just one year. She kept on reminding its the teacher's fault, not committed enough, not passionate enough and everything else blame it to the teachers.
Didn't you realize that it might be your own fault and its your unorganized system which made all this a mess in the first place, get registered bitch! please. So it's easier to advertise in the paper instead of person-person ads... She's a business bitch right, More Student More Income, More Profit, You Happy!! Why can't she realize that??
So the question here, how many months more for me to work there, last time i give it a year then it was six months but its already May and i'm still alive and survived the pressure... A year? hmm maybe. Or my next month paycheck, then cabut lari or just tell her that this would be the last month teaching, found better tuition school.TATA!!( SOO Heart Attack one, she'll be gasping for air and i'll be there,...
